Anthony Kinslow serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Georgetown University. He is responsible for directing the University’s overall strategic and operational human resources functions, and will provide direction and leadership in the planning, development and implementation of human resource programs and services in furtherance of the University’s mission. He also oversees talent acquisition and development, employee relations, policy, classification, compensation, benefits and payroll, and manages Hoya Kids and the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program.

He joined Georgetown from the University of Rochester, where he served as Associate Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer since 2015. Prior to working in Rochester, he spent several years in HR leadership roles within the healthcare industry, first as Vice President & CHRO at the Sisters of Mercy Health System in St. Louis, Missouri, as CHRO of the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Hospital in Abu Dhabi and then as Executive Director of Global Human Resources for the Cleveland Clinic. 

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, and a M.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He also holds a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Tony is honorably retired from the United States Air Force Reserve where he served for 23 years, including as lieutenant colonel.
