Nico Hohman currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Georgetown University’s Capitol Campus in downtown Washington, D.C. Mr. Hohman is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Construction Management and a current Master’s candidate at Georgetown University in Urban & Regional Planning. Nico has been involved in the planning, development, construction, brokerage, and operations of hundreds of projects valued at nearly $2 Billion. He was named an “RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker” for his forward-thinking contributions to the real estate development industry in 2019 and “Rookie of the Year” at Georgetown University for his dedication to serving his projects in 2022.
Nico also serves as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Herndon, Virginia. He had previously served as the Chairman of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board in Tampa, Florida.
In his free time, Nico enjoys writing fiction novels, coaching his kids’ basketball teams, and watching his beloved Borussia Dortmund soccer team. Nico and his wife live in Northern Virginia with three children and two dogs.
